1 Rinse and dry apple. Halve, cut into eighths, and cut out core and seeds.
2 Rinse celery and remove strings, if desired. Cut into large pieces.
3 Rinse celery leaves and shake dry.
4 Using an electric juicer, juice apples, celery and about 2/3 of the celery leaves.
5 Add frozen cherries and puree with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass and garnish with remaining celery leaves.
