1 egg
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsps Semolina

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and grate the potatoes. Mix the potatoes immediately with the sour cream. Peel the apples, remove the core and finely grate (setting a few slices aside for garnishing). Mix the apples with the potatoes, the egg, the cornstarch, and the wheat semolina. Season with salt.

In a heavy pan, heat a large amount of butter. Form two tablespoons of the potato and apples into patties and fry, turning while golden brown. If desired, fry the remaining apple slices in the butter. Drain on the paper towels and serve fresh and hot.
