Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Combine milk with cream and honey in a pot, bring to a boil, gradually add polenta and cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly, add eggs and whisk well.

Pour mixture into a buttered ovenproof dish, make small wells on the surface and place butter into them. Bake in preheated oven at 190°C (approximately 375°F) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds and bake for another 15 minutes.  

4.

If desired, serve with pickled plums.
