3 cups Feta (crumbled)

Preparation steps

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and stir for about 2 minutes, until just beginning to brown and fragrant. Add the spinach leaves and cook, stirring for about 4 minutes, or until wilted.

To assemble, divide the spinach between the 6 wraps. Sprinkle with about 2 ounces of feta cheese. Fold the bottom of the wrap in and roll, leaving the open open. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Divide between plates and serve.
