Whiting Fish En Papillote
Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small pieces.
Blanch tomatoes in hot water for a few seconds, rinse in cold water and peel, quarter and remove seeds, chop.
Whisk yogurt with half of herbs, 1 tablespoon of oil and half of lemon juice.
Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
Brush 2 rectangular sheets of parchment paper with oil. Spread 2 fish fillets and shrimp on papers and top with peppers and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with remaining oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with remaining herbs and fold in papers well. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes. Just before serving, heat yogurt sauce but do not boil. Serve fish with vegetables and sauce.
