- 200 grams Cheshire cheese (or Gouda)
- 2 sticks Celery
- 50 grams Walnut
- 100 grams Sour cream
- 4 Whole wheat buns
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse pepper and dice. Grate cheese. Rinse and thinly slice celery. Coarsely chop walnuts.
2.
Mix pepper, cheese, celery and walnuts with sour cream. Season with cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt to taste.
3.
Slice the buns. Spread ingredients on it. Serve immediately.
