- For the infusion
- 6 sprigs rosemary
- 9 sprigs thyme
- 3 Tbsps white peppercorns
- 3 tsps Juniper berries
- For the vinegar
- ¾ l apple cider vinegar
- ¾ l Red wine vinegar
- ¾ l White vinegar
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the herbs and pat dry.
2.
In each bottle, place 2 sprigs of rosemary, 3-4 sprigs of thyme, 1 tablespoon pepper and 1 teaspoon juniper berries inside.
Fill each bottle with a different type of vinegar, screw on the lid and leave in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks.
3.
When needed, strain the vinegar through a sieve and pour back into the bottle.
