- 1 l Grain
- 1 Organic orange
- organic, zested lemons
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 1 stalk cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves
- thyme
- rosemary
- 3 Juniper berries
- 5 cloves
- 10 Coffee bean
- 4 Sage
- 300 grams sugar
- 300 milliliters water
Preparation steps
1.
Prick orange several times with a fork. Combine all ingredients, except for sugar and water, in a jar. Seal and let sit in a cool place for about 5 weeks.

Pour liquid through a sieve lined with cheesecloth.
3.
Boil sugar and water to form a syrup. Combine drained liquid and syrup and pour into a bottle. Seal and let rest for 3 weeks. Pour through a funnel lined with a coffee filter and pour into a clean bottle. Serve in shot glasses.
