1 sprig fresh mint
200 milliliters grapeseed oil
For the rosemary oil
1 sprig rosemary
300 milliliters cold pressed olive oil
For the chile pepper oil
10 small, red chili peppers (fresh or dried)
300 milliliters olive oil
For the rosemary and thyme oil
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig thyme
200 milliliters cold pressed Canola oil

Preparation steps

Preparation for all oils:

Rinse the herbs and chile peppers, shake dry and optionally air dry to dry completely (moisture spoils the oil!).

Add the herbs and chile peppers to clean bottles.

Heat half the oil and pour halfway into each bottle. Top up with cold oil.

Seal the lids and leave for 1-2 weeks before use.
