½ tsp salt
2 tsps Sea salt
¼ lemon
1 sprig mint

1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Plate, 2 Glasses, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Ice Crusher

Preparation steps

Combine yogurt with mineral water and salt in a tall vessel. Puree until frothy with an immersion blender.

Sprinkle sea salt on a plate. Cut lemon into quarters. Rub the edges of 2 serving glasses with the cut side of a lemon quarter and then press into the sea salt.
