Nutritional values
Smoothies are the perfect way start to the day because they are healthy, filling, and easy to prepare. Strawberries are a great source of vitamin C, while the muesli provides a good portion of fiber and minerals.
The great thing about this drink is that it is easy to change: depending on the season, blackberries, blueberries, or plums are delicious substitutes. Exotic fruits such as mango or papaya also work wonderfully. Alternatively, you can sweeten the drink by blending in a dried date.
