- 1 small head Iceberg lettuce
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 200 grams smoked turkey breasts (In pieces)
- Limes (juiced)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- Sambal oelek
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 40 grams chopped Pistachio
- 8 Taco shells
- 8 tsps Crème fraiche
Preparation steps

Cut iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces, rinse and spin dry. Rinse tomatoes and chop. Peel onion and cut into fine strips. Cut cooked turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.

Mix lime juice with salt, pepper, olive oil and sambal. Mix lettuce, tomato and onion together with dressing. Add turkey breast and pistachios. Fill taco shells with turkey salad, garnish with a dollop of crème fraîche and serve immediately.
