2 scallions (only the green parts)
8 slices canned Pineapple
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 Whole wheat buns

Preparation steps

1.

For the burgers: Mix the ground turkey with the egg and breadcrumbs, season with salt, coriander and cayenne pepper. Shape into 4 patties.

2.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into strips. Rinse the lettuce, trim and tear into small pieces. Rinse the scallions, trim and thinly slice. Drain the pineapple.

3.

Grill the burgers for 6-8 minutes per side. Grill the pineapple for 2-3 minutes per side.

4.

Cut the rolls in half horizontally. Sandwich the vegetables, lettuce, burgers, pineapples and scallions between the buns.
