Ingredients
for
4
- Ingredients
- 450 grams turkey breasts
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- 1 tsp red peppers (crushed in a mortar and pestle)
- 1 small Pineapple
- 1 Banana
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse turkey, pat dry and cut into cubes. To make marinade, whisk lemon juice with oil and season with salt and pepper. Press garlic through a garlic press into marinade. Pour marinade over turkey and marinate about 1 hour. Remove rind from pineapple, quarter lengthwise, remove core and cut pineapple crosswise into pieces.
2.
Peel banana and cut into 1.5 cm thick (approximately 1/2 inch thick) slices. Thread turkey alternately with fruit onto wooden skewers. Place skewers on a hot grill and cook about 8 minutes, turning and brushing repeatedly with the marinade.
