Preparation steps

Rinse the peaches and nectarines, pat dry, halve and remove the pits. Cut the pineapples in half, cut each half into 5 columns. Rinse the apples, pat dry and cut crosswise into 1 cm thick slices.

For the sauce, melt the butter and mix with the maple syrup and lemon juice.

Grill the peaches, nectarines and apples on both sides. Grill the pineapple pieces on the cut sides. Cut the flesh from the skin, leaving it on the skin to serve. Serve the pineapple pieces with the fruit, all drizzled with the sauce.
