- Juice (and grated zest of one lemon)
- 1 can Tuna (packed in water, 200 grams)
- 125 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsps small Caper
Preparation steps

Drain tuna, then puree with the yogurt.

Stir in the capers. Season the sauce to taste and with lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
