- 140 grams Tuna (Canned, in its own juice)
- 2 Anchovy fillet (Salted)
- 1 Tbsp Caper
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
- salt
- peppers
- Worcestershire sauce
- Thyme flower (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Drain tuna and place in a bowl. Add anchovies and mash finely with a fork.
2.
Set a few capers aside for garnish. Add remaining capers to the bowl and mix with sour cream and thyme. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
3.
Season to taste and serve garnished with reserved capers and thyme flowers.
