- 2 size Kohlrabi
- 125 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 can Tuna in oil (180 grams)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 3 pcs Caper (inlaid)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- to garnish
- Lettuce
- red Bell pepper

Preparation steps
1.
In a food processor, puree the creme fraiche, tuna, mustard, yogurt and ketchup until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
2.
Stir in the capers and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Hand blender puree.
4.
Peel kohlrabi and cut into thin slices, place them on a decorative plate, cover with the sauce and garnish with lettuce and red pepper strips.
