600 grams Pork tenderloin
4 slices Pineapple (canned)
100 milliliters Pineapple juice (canned)
2 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps brown sugar
2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
salt
peppers
3 tsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Trim fat and skin from meat. Cut crosswise with grain into thin slices and place close together in a bowl. Drain pineapple slices. Mix soy sauce, sugar and rice vinegar with cornstarch until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over fillet slices and cover. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, turning meat occassionally.

Heat oil in a wok or a deep pan and pour in meat directly from marinade. Cook briefly, pour in pineapple juice, add pineapple slices and simmer 3-4 minutes without lid until sauce is cooked. Serve immediately.
