1 Small pot, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Whisk, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Small bowl, 1 Freezer bag, 1 Kitchen shears, 1 Large knife, 1 eventuell Oven rack
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the pineapple with a sharp knife, quarter lengthwise, cut out the core and dice the flesh.

Make a batter with the tempura flour according to the package instructions. (Mix 400 g tempura flour with approximately 250 ml water, to produce a thickish batter. )
3.
Put the pineapple cubes into the batter, so that each cube is completely coated in batter. Heat the oil in a wok.
4.
Carefully put the battered pineapple chunks into the wok, a few at a time, and deep-fry briefly until golden.
5.
Turn over, then take out of the wok and drain on kitchen roll. Set aside while you cook the rest of the pineapple. Serve the warm pineapple fritters in dishes with ice cream and honey. Serve garnished with mint
