1 tsp Oyster sauce
4 Tbsps water

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion, halve and cut into cubes. Sauté the onion in a saucepan over medium heat in sesame oil until it has adopted a light brown color.

2.

Add honey and allow to slightly caramelize. Deglaze with teriyaki sauce, remove from heat, add water and season with oyster sauce. Allow to cool and place in small bowl.
