- 600 grams Beef fillet
- 6 Tbsps Teriyaki sauce
- 4 scallions
- 500 grams Asian Mushrooms (such as Enoki, shiitake, oyster mushrooms)
- 2 Tbsps Corn oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse beef under cold water, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Mix beef with teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 1 hour.
3.
Meanwhile, rinse scallions, trim and cut into rings. Clean mushrooms.
4.
About 10 minutes before the end of the meat marinating time, heat the oil in a wok. Add mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and divide among 4 plates.
5.
Remove the beef from the marinade and fry in a wok over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add marinade to the wok and cook for another 3 minutes.
6.
Arrange beef on the mushrooms and serve garnished with scallion rings.
