Preparation steps

1.

Peel sweet potato, coarsely chop and cook until tender in salted boiling water. Drain and let cool. Peel garlic.

2.

In a blender, puree sweet potatoes with drained chickpeas, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, tahini and nutritional yeast until creamy. Season with curry, cumin, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, salt and lime juice.
