3 Tbsps Sunflower seed
3 Tbsps flaxseed
3 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Clean the mushrooms and cut the stems. Mix the oil with lemon juice and a little salt and brush the mushroom caps with it.

2.

Chop the sunflower seeds and mix with cheese, herbs and flaxseed. Fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture and place onto a greased baking sheet. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
