- 12 button Mushroom
- 1 bunch parsley
- 6 thyme
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 slices day old white bread
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps melted butter
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- chopped parsley (for garnish))

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse mushrooms and remove the stem. Chop the stems very finely.

Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves, and finely chop.
3.
Pluck thyme leaves and finely chop.
4.
Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic.
5.
Finely grate the day old bread slices.
6.
Sauté shallots and garlic in 1 tablespoon melted butter until translucent. Add mushroom stems, sauté briefly, and remove from heat. Transfer the shallot mixture to a bowl and mix together with grated white bread, olive oil, remaining butter and herbs. Fill the mushroom caps with the herb mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown on top. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
