Nutritional values
Here several foods have joined forces to ensure the supply of niacin. Sometimes this B vitamin also appears under the name "skin vitamin": It helps the skin to regenerate itself.
The stuffed salad leaves make a wonderfully light dinner as part of a low-carb diet. For a full meal at lunchtime, simply add some bread.
