300 grams soybean sprout

1 Bell pepper

400 grams Pork tenderloin
5 Tbsps soy sauce
100 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsps Chili sauce
½ tsp Sambal oelek
2 Tbsps Peanut oil

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim snow peas. Rinse bean sprouts and drain. Blanch snow peas and bean sprouts in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Rinse and drain. Trim scallions, rinse and cut into thin rings. Rinse bell pepper, trim, cut in half, remove seeds, remove ribs and cut into large cubes. Cut the meat into strips.

Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, sesame oil, chili sauce and sambal oelek in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat peanut oil in a wok and stir-fry the ginger briefly. Then add the pork and stir-fry briefly and vigorously over high heat, 2-3 minutes. Remove pork from wok and set aside. Add bell pepper, snow peas and bean sprouts to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Mix meat with the vegetables, stir in the sauce, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Serve in bowls.
