300 grams Pork tenderloin
2 tsps sesame oil
1 garlic clove
1 pc fresh ginger
1 small red chili pepper
500 grams Swiss chard
1 small yellow Bell pepper
1 small red Bell pepper
2 Tbsps soy sauce
3 Tbsps lemon juice
2 tsps honey
salt
freshly ground peppers
100 grams Basmati rice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse rice in a sieve under running water, then bring to a boil with about twice the amount of lightly salted water in a pot. Cover and cook over very low heat about 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.

Cut the pork into thin strips.

Peel the garlic and ginger and finely chop. Rinse the chile, remove the seeds and finely chop.

Rinse the Swiss chard and peppers, trim and chop.

Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the pork about 4 minutes, remove and keep warm. Then add the garlic, ginger and chile to the wok briefly, stirring constantly. Add the chard and peppers and saute while stirring. Return the meat, cook 1-2 more minutes  and season with soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Serve with basmati rice.
