- 500 grams Pork tenderloin
- 250 grams Snow peas
- Bell pepper (2 each red and yellow)
- 3 scallions
- 100 grams soybean sprout
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the snow peas and blanch in salted water. Plunge into ice water. Rinse and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and cut into strips. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse the scallions and cut into rings.

Rinse the pork, pat dry and cut into thin strips.
3.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok. Sear the scallions, mushrooms and peppers and remove. Fry the pork. Season with soy sauce and fish sauce. Add all the vegetables to the pork and sprinkle the sprouts on top. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
4.
Serve with Sambal Olek, pureed tomato sauce or ketchup.
