20 grams fresh ginger
1 garlic clove
4 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
120 milliliters Sake
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar (Or red wine vinegar)
2 Tbsps sugar

1 yellow Bell pepper
1 Red Bell pepper
250 grams Pumpkin
100 grams Mung bean sprouts
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Peel ginger and garlic, chop both finely (or press through a garlic press). Mix with soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Cut meat into strips and combine with marinade, refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs, cut into strips. Rinse and dry sprouts. Cut pumpkin pulp into thin strips. Drain meat. Heat oil in a pan and sear meat on all sides, remove from the pan. Add vegetables to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add meat and marinade to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt. If desired, serve with rice.
