- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
- 500 grams Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Basil
- ½ bunch oregano
- 50 grams grated Parmesan
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté both briefly. Rinse the tomatoes, coarsely chop, then add to the pan.
2.
Finely chop the basil and the oregano. Stir half of the herbs into the pan, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer the mixture for 1 hour over low heat. Remove from the heat and pass the tomato sauce through a food mill. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions in boiling water until al dente.
