- 8 Tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 rosemary
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 milliliters vegetable stock
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 15 Cherry tomatoes
- 500 grams Spaghetti
- 4 Tbsps Parmesan
Preparation steps

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds then remove from the water. Peel the tomatoes and remove the core. Cut into quarters, then finely dice. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Rinse and dry the rosemary, then remove the leaves. Heat the oil in a saucepan, and sauté the garlic. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Mix in the vegetable stock and rosemary, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the cherry tomatoes to the sauce and return to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain thoroughly then mix into the sauce and toss to combine. Transfer the pasta to plates, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve.
