- 1 chili pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 stalks flat-leaf parsley
- 1 bunch scallions
- 500 grams Snow peas
- 6 Tbsps olive oil

- 50 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps
1.
Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain.

Meanwhile cut chile peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Rinse, shake dry and chop the parsley. Rinse scallions and cut into rings.

Rinse snow peas. Cook in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes, then drain.

Heat oil in a pan and sautée garlic, chile peppers and scallions. Add the snow peas and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix spaghetti with vegetables. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
