Spicy Spaghetti with Cod
Drizzle fish with 1 tablespoon lime juice. Rinse and trim the chile peppers and Hungarian pepper, remove the seeds and cut both into thin rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cook spaghetti until al dente in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, sauté garlic, chile peppers and Hungarian pepper in hot oil, add tomato paste and sauté briefly, then add broth and lime juice. Mix in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
Drain spaghetti and mix with the sauce. Fry cod on both sides until golden brown in butter. Season cod with salt and arrange on the spaghetti.
