Nutritional values

Athletes love low-fat cottage cheese, and for good reason; it's low in fat and rich in protein with 13 grams per 100 grams of cheese.

A compote of apricots, apples, mirabelle plums, or fresh berries bring color and vitamins to these pancakes.

Looks soooo good for this year's Mother's Day! Thanks EAT SMARTER! Instead of low-fat milk, is it cool to use regular milk?
Cyndy from EAT SMARTER's picture
Hi, Yes, you can use regular milk with good results. Keep in mind, it will affect the calorie count. If you cannot find quark you can use creme fraiche or plain greek yogurt.
