750 grams small, waxy potatoes
salt
olive oil (for brushing)
2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
400 grams Cottage cheese
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps chopped, mixed Fresh herbs
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Red paprika
fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and steam for about 25-30 minutes, until tender but not too soft.  Allow the potatoes to cool slightly then cut in half lengthwise. Brush the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds. Place in a preheated skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.

While the potatoes cook, mix the cottage cheese with the lemon juice and mixed herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the bell pepper, remove the ribs and seeds and cut into thin strips. Serve the warm potatoes with the cottage cheese and pepper strips on the side.
