- 2 medium-large potatoes (cooked)
- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 3 Tbsps clarified butter
- also
- 1 jar Tomato pepper
- 1 jar dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 bunch Wild garlic (fresh)
- 250 grams Cottage cheese
- 125 grams Quark
- 50 grams cream cheese
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch Granulated garlic
- 2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes, cut into 16 slices about 0.5 cm thick (approximately 1/4 inch), cover in flour and fry in butter until golden brown. Let cool.

Drain the cottage cheese. Rinse the garlic, finely cut into strips and mix with the cottage cheese, then mix in the cream cheese. Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

Drain the tomatoes and tomato peppers, cut both into strips and mix together.
4.
Lay 8 potato slices next to each other on a board, then layer on top of them the cheese and tomato mixtures. Continue layering as desired. Put the towers on plates and served garnished with chives.
