Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook for 25-30 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Mix the oil and chives and cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Drain the cooked potatoes, let dry and serve with cottage cheese on a plate.
