Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

Lay the pumpkin wedges on a baking tray and drizzle with oil. Brush with honey and season with salt and ground black pepper. Roast in the oven for approx. 35 minutes until golden.
