- 250 grams Turkey
- 250 grams Pork
- 200 grams Long grain rice
- 150 grams shrimp (Ready to cook)
- 100 grams Frozen pea
- 25 grams chopped Peanuts
- 25 grams Coconut flakes
- 2 onions
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse rice under running water in a sieve. In a saucepan, combine rice with almost twice the amount of lightly salted water. Cover and simmer over very low heat, 20-25 minutes.

Thaw peas. Toast peanuts and coconut in a dry frying pan until golden. Set aside. Peel and finely dice onions. Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. In a wok or deep frying pan, sear meat in a little oil. Add onions, peas and peppers and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt and pepper. Stir in rice and shrimp. Season again to taste and serve sprinkled with coconut flakes and peanuts.
