10 grams fresh Yeast
250 grams Pastry flour
1 pinch salt
1 Tbsp sunflower oil
Pastry flour (for dusting)
200 grams Sour cream
100 grams smoked turkey breasts (sliced)
150 grams Feta
peppers
dried oregano
Cranberry jam (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For the dough: Dissolve the crumbled yeast in 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) lukewarm water. Add the flour, salt and oil and knead until smooth. Add a little more flour or water as needed. Shape into a ball, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

Knead the dough again, divide into 4 pieces, roll out thinly on a floured work surface and place on 1-2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread the sour cream over the flatbreads, top with the turkey slices and diced cheese. Season with pepper and oregano and bake for about 10 minutes, until crispy.

Remove from the oven and serve garnished with cranberry jam.
