4 slices Pineapple (fresh or can)
100 grams Bacon (in slices)
½ bunch Sage
1 Flatbread

2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cut turkey breast and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Halve bacon.

2.

Thread turkey, pineapple, bacon and sage alternately on wooden skewers. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook the skewers on all sides 10 minutes in hot oil in a roasting pan.

3.

Serve with flatbread.
