Nutritional values

Smoked salmon provides considerable amounts of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. In addition, there are several B vitamins - vitamin B12 and niacin are particularly noteworthy. B12 plays an important role for the brain and nerves, while niacin, also known as vitamin B3, helps the entire organism to recover and relax.
