- 4 Tomatoes
- 600 grams young potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks Celery
- 300 grams Swiss chard
- 400 grams Mettwurst
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 800 milliliters Broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Basil (for garnishing)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes, halve and core and cut into cubes. Peel potatoes, rinse and cut into cubes. Peel onions and chop finely. Rinse, dry and slice celery. Rinse and dry chard, cut out hard stalks and cut leaves into strips. Cut sausages into slices. Rinse and halve chile peppers, remove seeds and chop. Peel garlic and chop.

Heat oil in a saucepan and saute sausages with garlic, onions and chile peppers. Add chard and celery. Pour in broth. Add potatoes and tomatoes, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil. Serve.
