Potato Sausage Stew
Peel potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi, rinse and cut into small cubes. Rinse celery, trim and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, dice into small cubes and cook until translucent in a pan of hot oil. Add remaining vegetables, sauté briefly and pour in the broth. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the sausages into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes and fry in a pan with clarified butter until golden brown on all sides. Add sausage pieces to the stew. Season the finished stew with salt and pepper, divide among preheated bowls and serve.
