Ingredients

For servings

½Pomegranate
2 ouncescranberries
2 ½ ouncesYogurt (low-fat)
liquid Sweetener (to taste)
½ cupsMilk (low-fat)
In addition: Ice cubes

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 Rubber gloves

Directions

Display mode:
1 To remove pomegranate seeds, cut a wedge out of the stem end. Then squeeze and break the pomegranate over a bowl until seeds fall out. Rubber gloves are recommended, as juice will stain.  
2 Set aside 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds. Put remaining seeds in a tall vessel with cranberries and yogurt. Puree with an immersion blender.
3 Season to taste with sweetener. Add milk and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
