- 1 cup fresh Blueberries
- ⅔ cup black currant
- ⅔ cup natural Yogurt
- powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Roll the pomegranate over a work surface with the flat of your hand, applying light pressure. Then cut off top and bottom, cut into sections lengthwise and turn inside out to release the seeds. Reserve a couple of pieces for decoration. Finely puree the rest of the fruit and push through a sieve.

Put the pomegranate juice into a blender with the washed blueberries, blackcurrants and yogurt and puree finely. Sweeten to taste with a little confectioners' sugar.

Add enough milk to produce the desired consistency and blend again. Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds.
