- 5 ozs milk (whole)
- 5 ozs Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Rice syrup
- 2 ozs Pomegranate juice
- 1 oz Shelled pistachio (2 TBSP.)

Preparation steps
1.
Spread pomegranate seeds in an ice cube mold, fill with water and freeze for 4-6 hours.
2.
Put milk with yogurt, rice syrup, pomegranate juice and 1 tablespoon pistachios in a blender and puree very finely.
3.
Pour shake into glasses. Add pomegranate seed ice cubes, coarsely chop remaining pistachios and sprinkle over smoothies.
