0.333 cup Port wine
1 Cinnamon stick
1 pc unwaxed Orange zest
0.333 cup sugar
2 ½ cups fresh Cranberry
1 cup milk
cup cream
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 tsps Corn starch

Preparation steps

1.
Mix the port, cinnamon, orange zest and 50 g sugar in a pot with 200 ml water and bring to the boil. Add the cranberries and simmer for around 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
2.
Place the milk in a pot and bring to the boil. Mix together the cream, cocoa powder, the remaining sugar and cornflour until smooth. Stir into the hot milk and bring to the boil again.
3.
Drain the berries and transfer to small ramekins. Pour over the chocolate sauce and serve.
