- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
- ½ cup mineral water (chilled)
- liquid Sweetener
- 1 small Cinnamon stick
- Ice cubes

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender or blender, 1 deep bowl
Preparation steps
1.

Halve the dried plums, remove pits and chop coarsely.
2.

Combine the plums, buttermilk and ground cinnamon in a tall vessel and puree until frothy with an immersion blender. Add sweetener to taste. Pour into an ice-filled serving glass, top with mineral water, garnish with the cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
